At us.jimmychoo.com, the return process involves several steps. First, enter your order number and email address in the “Order Status & Returns” section of the sign-in page. Then, select to return items from your order either for an exchange or refund. Carefully package your items and send them back, following the guidelines on your returns note. Once your original order is with us, your refund will be processed or your exchange will be shipped. You’ll receive an email confirmation to keep you updated.

Items purchased online can be returned or exchanged in selected Jimmy Choo standalone stores. You will need to present your returns documents at the time of the return or exchange. In-store associates will assist with the return for a refund, as well as a new purchase of your preferred item. Credit for your returned item(s) will be refunded back to your original payment method only, and you will receive an email confirming the completion of return processing.

To register an item for a return, sign into your account or go to Order Status & Returns. Select the item to return or exchange and enter the reason (selecting the exchange size where applicable). Please read and accept the conditions of return. Carefully pack your returns including the preprinted returns note. Please place the item in its branded packaging in a protective shipping box. Attach the preprinted returns barcode to the outside and seal the parcel. Drop your return to any UPS drop off point.

Please note that orders made via Outlet stores will need to be returned to the place of purchase or to the distribution centre, but not to a Jimmy Choo standalone store. You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed. If you have requested an exchange, you will be notified once your new item has been dispatched, along with your tracking number.

All goods are requested to be returned within 30 days of the date of receiving your order. Domestic returns: You will shortly receive an email containing your Returns Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). Book a collection with UPS by calling + 1 800 823 7459.
