Jimmy Choo's return policy allows customers to return or exchange items within 14 days from the receipt of their products. Once a return or exchange has been initiated, there is an additional 14 days to return the goods. All items must be returned unused with the tags still attached.

To return an item, customers need to sign into their account or go to the Order Status & Returns section. Select the item to return or exchange, enter the reason, and accept the conditions of return. Carefully pack the returns, including the preprinted returns note, and place the item in its branded packaging in a protective shipping box. Attach the preprinted returns barcode to the outside and seal the parcel. Drop the return at any UPS drop-off point.

Returns can also be made in selected Jimmy Choo standalone stores with the returns documents. In-store associates will assist with the return for a refund or a new purchase. Credit for the returned item will be refunded back to the original payment method, and an email confirmation will be sent once the return is processed.

Free returns are offered to all customers where the purchases meet the Returns Policy. Orders made via Outlet stores need to be returned to the place of purchase or to the distribution center, but not to a Jimmy Choo standalone store.
